Are MycoBowls safe for food use?
Yes! Our bowls are naturally grown without synthetic chemicals and are perfectly safe for dry and room-temperature foods. They are ideal for snacks, fruits, and everyday use.
Are MycoBowls biodegradable or compostable?
Absolutely. MycoBowls are 100% biodegradable and home-compostable. When you’re done using your bowl, it will naturally break down within weeks to months, depending on compost conditions.
Can I reuse my MycoBowl?
Yes. MycoBowls are durable and can be reused multiple times for dry foods or decorative purposes. They should not be washed with water but can be wiped clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Can I recycle a MycoBowl?
Since it’s 100% natural, the best “recycling” method is composting. This allows the material to return to the soil and support new life.
