The Role

Key Responsibilities

The Role

As a Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that MycoBowl’s fresh vegan bowls are produced and delivered efficiently, sustainably, and on time. You’ll work closely with suppliers, production teams, and distribution partners to streamline our operations and maintain the highest quality standards. Your role is essential in keeping MycoBowl’s supply chain smooth, transparent, and eco-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain — from ingredient sourcing to delivery at retail locations.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and sustainable operations.

• Track inventory levels, optimize stock management, and forecast demand in collaboration with the sales team.

• Oversee daily production and packaging processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste throughout the supply chain.

• Collaborate with the sustainability team to ensure packaging and transportation align with MycoBowl’s environmental goals.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports to support strategic decision-making.

Who We Are Looking For

• A highly organized and proactive professional with experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.

• Knowledge of food production or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and efficiency.
